The Dablanco team recently participated in the Siemon Certified Data Center Integrator (CDCI) Training Program, a two-day technical training held on 21–22 January 2026 in Dubai, at the Novotel. The program brought together system integrators and technical professionals from various companies across the region.

The training was delivered by Siemon, a global manufacturer of high-performance cabling infrastructure solutions. The sessions were led by Narender Vasandani, RCDD-certified Technical Manager for India, the Middle East, and Africa at Siemon.

In addition, Byju Joseph, Regional Sales Manager at Siemon, was also present throughout the training, actively providing practical input, market insights, and technical advice to the participating trainees.

Training Scope and Technical Focus

The CDCI training covered a broad range of topics related to modern data center design and infrastructure deployment. The sessions explored:

  • Data center infrastructure standards and industry best practices
  • Data center architectures and deployment models
  • Data center topologies, including cabinet and row designs (ToR, EoR, and MoR)
  • Equipment interfaces and high-speed connectivity form factors
  • Fiber optic and copper cabling systems for data centers
  • Different data center types, including Edge, Enterprise, Colocation, and Hyperscale

Particular attention was given to the growing demand for fiber-optic infrastructure, especially within AI-driven data centers, where bandwidth density and scalability are critical requirements.

Industry Collaboration and Knowledge Exchange

The training environment encouraged open discussion and knowledge exchange between the trainer, Siemon representatives, and participating system integrators. Real-world deployment scenarios, evolving data center requirements, and emerging trends — including AI-ready infrastructure — were addressed through interactive sessions and technical discussions.
