We recently had the opportunity to work with one of Turkey’s leading construction companies, Akzirve. With hundreds of employees across various projects and involvement from various departments like Management, Marketing, and IT, this company needed a website that would reflect their size and complexity. The goal was to create a user-friendly site that would serve not only their internal teams but also their clients and partners. Dablanco was trusted, and we knew this would be an exciting challenge!
As you can imagine, with multiple stakeholders involved, things can get complicated. Each team had different priorities, making it tough to get quick decisions, especially when it came to design, structure, content, ERP integration, and server installation. On top of that, the schedules were packed, and team members were frequently busy. This made for a slower, sometimes unpredictable, process. But we knew going in that patience would be key to success.
Our first step was to get everyone on the same page, literally! We asked the client to finalize a design that all teams could agree on. The Figma design ticked all the boxes. From there, we dove into building both the front-end and back-end of the site using a mix of technologies: CSS, Bootstrap, HTML, and PHP.
We also made sure the user experience (UX) and interface (UI) were as smooth and intuitive as possible, both for the company’s internal users and their customers. This was especially important given the large amount of information the site needed to handle.
One of the critical aspects of the project was integrating the company’s ERP system with custom-built forms on the website. This integration ensured that data from the website - such as contact forms, project inquiries, and customer information - flowed seamlessly into the ERP, providing real-time updates for the company’s internal operations.
This required a dedicated team like Dablanco’s, with expertise in both web development and ERP systems, to manage the technical complexities of syncing data across multiple platforms while maintaining security and efficiency.
The next big hurdle? Coordination. We knew that in order to get the details right, we had to meet with each department individually. This way, we could gather specific feedback and avoid making changes that might ripple across multiple areas of the site.
We also had to adapt to the team’s busy schedules. Some members were traveling, so we held online meetings at times that worked for them. Follow-up was crucial, sometimes we had to wait for decisions, but we made sure to keep things moving by checking in regularly.
In the end, we delivered a website that everyone was happy with—no small feat when you’re dealing with so many decision-makers! The new site not only looked great but also integrated seamlessly with their ERP system. And it’s been performing well in their online marketing campaigns, which is always a win.
We’re proud to say that we’re still supporting them post-launch, making sure everything continues to run smoothly and meeting their ongoing needs.
We had a final meeting with the all of the stakeholders of the project. When we wrapped up the project, the client gave us a big thumbs-up. In their words, we "completely accomplished the job" and made sure that every department’s requirements were met. It was great to hear that our approach paid off!
This project was a real lesson in patience and planning for the long term. We knew from the start that it wouldn’t be a fast process, but by staying flexible and focused on the client’s needs, we were able to deliver a website that exceeded expectations. And to top it off, we provided a detailed manual so they can manage the site easily in the future.
For us at Dablanco, every website we build is about more than just coding—it’s about helping our clients create something that works for everyone involved. This project was the perfect example of that approach in action.
